We are experts in manufacturing. We help companies plan for manufacturing, build manufacturing facilities and improve existing manufacturing efficiency and quality. We also help companies compare costs between internal (or nearby) manufacturing with outsourcing. We can build and improve outsource relationships.
We have transferred technologies from development into manufacturing (and to outsource partners) and have subsequently optimized those technologies. We have been trained in lean six sigma, have set up manufacturing lines and have managed outsourcing partners.
